The FDA-cleared 3M Littmann CORE stethoscope switches between analog and amplified listening modes, so you can listen the way you prefer during examinations. With tunable diaphragm technology — a 3M invention — you can hear sounds at different frequencies simply by adjusting the pressure on the chestpiece. Hold the chestpiece with light pressure on the patient to hear low-frequency sounds. Press a bit more to hear higher-frequency sounds. Soft, snug-fitting ear tips conform to the shape of the ear to provide optimal comfort and excellent sound occlusion.

The 3M Littmann CORE stethoscope works with the Eko app on iOS and Android devices and provides a HIPAA-compliant method to save and annotate recordings of 15, 30, 60 or 120 seconds in length within a secure dashboard. Create a library of heart sounds to monitor disease progression or for teaching, and share recordings with colleagues securely.

The 3M Littmann CORE digital stethoscope comes preassembled with a CORE digital unit and a 3M Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope. Visit the respective user manuals for operating instructions.

Note that the warranty period for the 3M Littmann CORE digital stethoscope is 2 years — it does not have the warranty period stated the Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope user manual, which only applies when the Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope is purchased separately.
