All prices in our catalog are displayed both inclusive and exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).


2. VAT (Value Added Tax):

  • Private customers within the EU: Orders to private customers within the EU are subject to VAT according to the rate applicable in the delivery country.
  • Business customers within the EU: If you provide a valid VAT identification number that can be verified for cross-border transactions, your order will be processed VAT-free. Please note that VAT will be charged on your first order. Once your VAT number is verified, your account will be updated for VAT-free purchases for future orders.
  • Customers outside the EU: VAT does not apply to orders shipped outside the EU. However, local customs duties and taxes may apply in your country. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

3. Import and Customs Clearance:

For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply depending on the country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for specific details.


4. Payment:

  • Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa Electron, JCB, and Visa/Dankort. No additional fees are charged for using these payment methods.
  • Bank Transfer (Danish or International): You may transfer the amount manually to our Danish bank account. If you choose this method, you will receive an email with the necessary details. All bank transfer fees must be covered by the customer.

5. Delivery:

All online orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. The order will be delivered to the address specified at the time of purchase. You may specify a different shipping address if needed.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 1–4 business days for EU destinations and 4–10 business days for non-EU destinations, depending on location.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is finalized.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns Policy):

For private customers:
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, you must contact us in advance at info@MEDshop.dk.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • Items must be returned in substantially the same condition as received.

Exclusions:
Sterile products and consumables cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened or if the seal is broken, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If it is in satisfactory condition, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost.

For business customers:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by businesses. Returns are only accepted by prior agreement, and all return-related costs are borne by the customer. Contact us at info@MEDshop.dk to arrange returns.

7. Warranty and Claims:

For private customers:
In accordance with EU consumer laws, you are entitled to a 2-year warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. For products intended to last longer, the warranty period is extended to 5 years. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use or unauthorized repairs.

For business customers:
The warranty period for businesses is limited to 1 year from the invoice date. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases. All costs related to returns and shipping in case of claims are the responsibility of the business customer.

8. Liability:

For private customers:
Our liability is limited to direct losses and does not cover indirect or consequential damages, such as lost income or operational downtime, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

For business customers:
Our liability is limited to direct losses and excludes indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, operational downtime, or claims from third parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Terms and Conditions for Bug Reporting

By submitting a bug report through this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    When you submit a bug report, we collect the following information:

    • The details of the issue you are experiencing.
    • Browser information (e.g., type, version).
    • Device information (e.g., device model, operating system).
    • Your IP address.

    This data is essential for us to diagnose and resolve the issue effectively.

  2. Use of Collected Information:
    The information you provide, including your IP address, will be used exclusively to identify, analyze, and resolve the technical issue reported. A copy of the bug report will also be sent to the owner of the shop related to the issue for further review and resolution. We will not use this data for any other purposes without your consent.

  3. Data Transmission:
    The information collected through this form will be sent directly to Shoptech Consulting, our technical service provider, who will assist in resolving the reported issues. Shoptech Consulting and the shop owner are bound by confidentiality and will not share or misuse your information.

  4. Data Security:
    We prioritize the security of your data and take appropriate measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

  5. Liability:
    By submitting a bug report, you acknowledge that the collected data, including your IP address, will be used strictly for troubleshooting purposes. We are not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate data provided in the report.
