Rent a professional pulse oximeter / oxygen monitor including standard finger sensor.

You only pay for the days you need it.

Price. per week 250.- (first week 400.-)

Deposit 2500.-

Minimum rental period: 2 weeks.

Return label is included in the price.

When the device is returned - the amount is settled.

Example:

Rental for 2 weeks:

Price: 400.- x 1 + 250.- x 1 = 650.-

Rental for 5 weeks:

Price: 400.- x 1 + 250.- x 4 = 1400.- (Only 1400.- of the paid 2500.- is used.)

Rental for 14 weeks:

Price: 400.- x 1 + 13 x 250.- = 3650.- (an additional charge of 1150.- will be invoiced)

Terms: the rental period starts the day the device is received and ends the day the package is handed to GLS - 
remember documentation for tracking the package. A GLS return label is included for returning the item. (to be dropped off at a GLS parcel shop) Rental is charged per full week - meaning an additional week is counted if the package, for example, is received on a Monday and handed to GLS on a Tuesday. 
Lessee is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is securely stored during the rental period and that the equipment is covered by insurance. Product value in case of damage is 15,000.- Upon ordering this product, these terms are accepted.
