3 pieces of resistance pieces with diameters 2.0, 3.0, and 5.0 mm.

It is recommended to consult with your therapist (doctor or physiotherapist) regarding which resistance is correct.

As a general rule, one can say that the better the lungs, the smaller the diameter (greater resistance).

1 - 2mm Children

2.5 - 3.5mm big children/adults with healthy lungs

3.5 - 5mm patients with lung diseases

During a training program, it may be necessary to increase the resistance as improvement occurs.
