8 pcs. resistance pieces: The size range includes one of each of the following:
Black/1.5; White/2.0; Yellow/2.5; Blue/3.0; Green/3.5; Orange/4.0; Brown/5.0; Purple/6.0.

It is recommended to consult with your therapist (doctor or physiotherapist) regarding which resistance is correct.

As a general rule, you could say that the better the lungs, the smaller the diameter (greater resistance).

1 - 2mm Children

2.5 - 3.5mm Large children/adults with healthy lungs

3.5 - 6mm People with respiratory diseases

During a training program, it may be necessary to increase the resistance as improvement occurs.
